Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018

The Accessibility Regulations 2018 are accessibility standards for public sector websites and mobile apps which help to ensure they can be used by as many people as possible, including those with disabilities.

This law requires public bodies to specifically meet the latest published version of WCAG.

Equality Act 2010

The Equality Act 2010 legally protects people from discrimination in the workplace and in wider society. It sets out the different ways in which it’s unlawful to treat someone.
